Aero · the agent

One sentence in. Four real things out.

Aero is the AI agent inside Memory HQ. It listens to you in your own words, classifies the intent, links the right entities, and does the chained work — create the sprint, add the tasks, schedule the kickoff, draft the invoice. No tool-picker. No prompt engineering. No new workflow to learn.

What Aero does that nothing else does

Most AI features are chat windows. You type a question, you get a paragraph back. Aero is different — it’s an action-taking agent with read/write access to your workspace. It chains tool calls. It picks the right entities to link. It creates the sprint and the tasks and the meeting in one shot.

When you say “create a sprint for next week with all the auth tasks and schedule a kickoff,” Aero searches your tasks for anything tagged #auth, builds a sprint with reasonable dates, attaches the tasks, and schedules the kickoff with the right people on the calendar. You confirm the plan. Then it does the four operations.

Capture, classified

Every ⌘K capture goes through Aero's classifier first. Task vs note vs meeting vs new client — auto-detected, with @mentions and #tags resolved to real entities.

Tool-chained actions

Multi-step. Create the sprint, add the tasks, schedule the meeting, draft the invoice. All in one approve-or-cancel preview, then committed atomically.

Undo any time

Every Aero action is in the undo stack. If it does the wrong thing, one click reverts the whole chain.

Examples

⌘K · ask aman to fix the LMS bug by friday
TASK · @aman · #lms · due Fri

⌘K · meeting notes from ashoka call: they want pegasus + admission tier 2, decision is to send proposal next week, blocker is contract review
MEETING NOTE linked to @ashoka, two products, with decision and blocker rows extracted

⌘K · create a sprint for auth starting next monday with goal: oauth2 rollout, add @aman @dhairya
SPRINT created + 2 members added + active sprint set

Knows your graph

Aero has full-text + semantic search across your notes, tasks, and meetings. Asks like "what did we decide about pricing for ashoka in Q1" resolve.

Approve or auto-run

By default, Aero shows a plan and waits. For trusted recurring patterns, you can set it to auto-execute.

Free tier: 10 calls/day

Pro and paid tiers get unlimited. Heavy chains count as one call (it's the conversation, not the steps).
